3. How long will it take?
Each repair, depending on the severity of damage, availability of replacement parts and sometimes the vehicle make, model and year will dictate the length of time a vehicle is in the shop. Our estimators will give you an approximation to the length of time needed to repair your vehicle.
4. Will my vehicle be the same after repairs?
Yes. We are obligated to return your vehicle to pre-accident condition. If at any time you are not completely satisfied or have any problems with the repairs that were performed on your vehicle, please bring it back to the shop immediately. Our goal is to have you want to refer your family and friends to our shops when you have collision repair needs.
